Participate in Health Canada's Revision of the Food Guide

Health Canada is revising Canada’s Food Guide to reflect new evidence and meet the needs of various audiences. To help us do this, we want to hear from you.

Your input will be used to:

• identify ways to effectively communicate nutrition information to Canadians
• develop healthy eating recommendations and policies
• better understand different audiences’ use of healthy eating recommendations.

Through Canada’s Food Guide, Health Canada provides practical healthy eating recommendations based on complex and scientifically-based nutrition information to help you make food choices.
Your input is needed because we’ve found that:

• the current format of Canada’s Food Guide isn’t meeting the needs of all audiences.
• some users of Canada’s Food Guide have difficulty understanding and applying some of the recommendations.
