Evelyn Chick was selected to represent Canada after defeating top bartenders from across the country in a national competition organized by Corby's own Ryan Powell, Trade Marketing Manager of Education and Kim Creighton, Beefeater Brand Manager. After local contests in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and Toronto, the top two mixologists from each city competed in an ultimate showdown at Toronto's THR & Co. After impressing a panel of 4 judges, Evelyn was declared the winner for Canada and went on to compete in – and win! – the global Beefeater MIXLDN finals on January 29th in London.
