EnRoute has been putting together its restaurant guide since 2002.
The short list is compiled by EnRoute from suggestions offered by top food and wine writers, including Quebecers Katherine-Lune Rollet, Ian Harrison of eater.com, winecase.ca’s Rémy Charest and the Montreal Gazette’s dining critic Lesley Chesterman.
Gatineau’s Soif grabbed the lone Quebec mention, coming in at No. 10 on the top 10 list. The top spot on Air Canada’s publication went to Pigeonhole, a fine-dining joint in Calgary. Other restaurants include Port City Royal in Saint John, NB.; Pilgrimme in Galiano Island, BC.; Dailo and Bar Raval in Toronto; Annalena in Vancouver, Adelaide Oyster House in St-John’s, NL.; Yasu in Toronto and Enoteca in Winnipeg.
