Tim Hortons says it is celebrating Canada's 150th anniversary by offering the strange donut combination along with Maple Timbits and a Maple Bacon Iced Capp. The Poutine donut and Maple Bacon Iced Capp are available on Saturday, July 1, 2017 for one day only at just five U.S. locations. One of them is at 2258 Crooks Rd. in Rochester Hills, MI. The others are located in Columbus, OH, Derby, NY, Hamburg, NY and East Aurora, NY. The Timbits will be sold at all locations nationwide throughout July until supplies last. The poutine donut is a honey dipped donut topped with potato wedges, gravy and cheese curds for $1.49. "We're proud of our Canadian heritage and we want to share a piece of that in the United States," said Felipe Athayde, EVP of Tim Hortons US. "Our new Canadian inspired treats are a great way for Americans to get in on the 150th celebration of their friendly neighbor next door."
