Panda Express prepping for Japan launch

INTERNATIONAL – Panda Express will go global on Nov. 25 with the opening of its first Japanese store in Saiwai-ku, Kawasaki.

The expansion is a joint venture between I&P Runway Japan, Panda Restaurant Group, and management group Chikara no Moto, according to a release.

The location will feature two new menu items: sweet and pungent shrimp and char siu glazed salmon.
