PLANO, Texas -- The love affair with Cheetos and Cheetos-infused food is hotter than ever with Flamin' Hot Cheetos fandom at an all-time high. Reservations for last year's first-ever Cheetos Restaurant sold out in minutes, and thousands added their names to the wait list. Since then, fans have clamored for another taste and continued to share their passion for unconventional Cheetos recipes – including everything from cupcakes to ramen and gelato.

Inspired by fans' overwhelming desire for more Cheetos-filled culinary delicacies, Cheetos, one of the flagship brands from PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division, is turning up the heat and opening The Flamin' Hot Spot, a new, limited-time restaurant in Los Angeles dedicated to the beloved flavor of Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

The Flamin' Hot Spot will open in the heart of Hollywood Hills, Calif., from September 18 through September 20. Fans will be able to see and be seen at the newest Hollywood hot spot by reserving a table on CheetosFlaminHotSpot.com and using the OpenTable plug-in starting September 13 at 10 a.m. PST/1 p.m. EST.

Cheetos and renowned Los Angeles chef Roy Choi have curated a Flamin' Hot menu inspired by his signature taste and some of his most notable dishes – Hot Cheetos Burrito, Five-Alarm Cheetos Steak, XXTRA Flamin' Hot Rice Bowl just to name a few! Each dish delivers the one-of-a-kind Cheetos flavor married with chef Roy Choi's mastery of making spicy approachable and delicious.

"I have a fun side and a serious side. This is the fun me," said chef Roy Choi. "I've wanted to pair Kogi and Chego items with Flamin' Hot Cheetos for as long as I can remember, and now all of those late nights, road trips and the Cheetos dishes I have imagined can come true. I know the fans have thought about putting Hot Cheetos in a Kogi burrito - well, so have I and here it is and more!"

The three-course menu will offer a variance of spice and is rounded out with a few sweet treats. Priced from $11 - $32, the delicious menu is a Cheetos feast of which dreams are made:

We knew we had to bring it back," said Brandi Ray, senior marketing director, Frito-Lay North America. "Chef Roy Choi is the ideal partner to masterfully capture the signature Flamin' Hot Cheetos kick in our one-of-a-kind menu, and Los Angeles' incredible passion for cool culinary experiences makes it the perfect location for The Flamin' Hot Spot."
